1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to use of Book In Time by tenants, staff users, and visitors to the Book In Time website. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Book In Time provides booking, scheduling, reminder, payment, disclaimer, and customer-management tools for independent businesses. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

Some features depend on third-party services such as Stripe, Google Cloud / Firebase, and email providers. Availability of those integrations may affect parts of the service.

3. Tenant Responsibilities

  • Keep account details accurate and secure.
  • Configure services, pricing, policies, and communications lawfully.
  • Manage and back up your own customer data using the tools provided in the app.
  • Ensure that your own booking pages, privacy notices, disclaimers, and terms are appropriate for your business.
  • Use the service lawfully and not for spam, fraud, abuse, or unlawful data collection.

4. Customer Ownership

Your customers remain your customers. Book In Time does not acquire ownership of tenant customer lists, appointment history, or business relationships created through the platform.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing frequency, renewal timing, and cancellation options are shown at checkout or inside the app.

Unless a separate promotional offer applies, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Failure to pay may result in loss of paid features or suspension of access.

6. Suspension and Deletion

Book In Time may suspend or restrict access for non-payment, misuse, legal risk, security concerns, or prolonged inactivity.

Inactive tenant accounts may be suspended after 6 months of no activity and may be permanently deleted after 8 months of no activity, subject to any required retention for billing, legal, backup, or security purposes.

7. Support and Platform Access

Book In Time may access tenant account or database information where reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate issues, improve reliability, migrate data, or maintain and develop the platform. We do not use that access to compete with tenants or market to their customers.

8. Liability and Availability

Book In Time is provided on an as-available basis. We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the service will always be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Book In Time is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of customers, or loss of data caused by tenant misuse, third-party services, or failure to maintain adequate backups. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app or on the website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
